Howard Pinhasik

HOWARD PINHASIK* (GRANDPA JOE) is happy to make his debut at The Engeman Theater! LI audiences may have seen him recently as Scrooge in A Christmas Carol: The Broadway Musical at the Gateway Playhouse in Patchogue. He also played Marley in the premiere of that production in 2006 and has played Scrooge at many regional theaters nationwide. In NYC, he was recently in the off-Broadway premiere of King of the Jews and played the baker in an award-winning revival of The Baker’s Wife supervised by its composer, Stephen Schwartz. Other NY credits include Little Shop of Horrors (NY and LA companies), A Doll’s Life, Spring Awakening, Collette, Oedipus and Frankie, directed by the legendary George Abbott. He has appeared in national and international tours of Carousel, 42 St, Meet Me in St Louis, and King Lear and has countless regional theater credits. TV: “The Marvelous Mrs Maisel,” “Law and Order” (new version and old), “L&O Criminal Intent,” and two Emmy-winning films: “Miss Rose White” and “Angels in America.” Howard is possibly best known as Leopold Strauss in the award-winning video game Red Dead Redemption 2.
